Description

This 1 day training course is aimed at both novice and experienced operatives who wish to acquire additional skills and knowledge to expand their areas of capability. It will provide delegates with additional and comprehensive up to date information on the latest revised standards and regulations.

This course will cover New Approved Document J Building Regulations, ventilation, notice plates and certificates, appliance repair, replacing door seals,  fluepipe/ stove pipe and access points, pots and terminals, inspection of installations, refractory materials, sourcing parts and materials. 

A certificate of attendance will be issued to each participant on the course.

You will need to bring with you the required PPE; to include overalls, dusk mask, safety footwear & gloves. A full list will be provided with your booking confirmation.

A list of local accommodation will be provided with your training course confirmation pack should you require it.

The course starts at 9.00am and will finish around 4.30pm. 

The price of the course includes lunch and refreshments.

All training courses are held at the National Chimney Training Centre (NCTC), Stone in Staffordshire.
